The short answer
No. Stripe takes the payment and keeps the card. We only see that you paid, the amount and which plan.
How payment works
When you choose a plan, you pay on Stripe's secure checkout page. Your card number goes to Stripe, one of the largest payment companies in the world, and never passes through our servers.
What we see
- That a payment was made, and when.
- The amount and the plan.
- A link to the receipt.
We never see or store your full card number, expiry date or security code.
Changing or removing a card
Your card is kept by Stripe so your plan can renew. Cancelling your plan stops all future charges. To pay with a different card, open a ticket and a person sorts it out with you.
