The short answer
Sign it out from your account page. It stops working at once, and nothing you dictated is on our servers.
Do this now
- Sign in at your account page from any browser.
- Open the Devices tab.
- Find the lost laptop and choose Sign out.
Its key stops working at once: Perfect Dictation on that laptop can no longer dictate or sync. The slot is free for your next PC.
What could someone see?
Nothing of yours is on our servers to see. On the laptop itself, History is stored in your Windows user's own files, so it is protected by your Windows sign-in, as your documents are. If the laptop had disk encryption (BitLocker or Device encryption), it is protected further.
Also worth doing
- Use Find my device in your Microsoft account, if it was switched on.
- Change your Google password if the laptop was not locked.
- Tell your IT team if it was a work laptop.
