The short answer
From Plan and billing on your account page. You keep unlimited words until the end of the month or year you paid for, then go back to Free. Nothing more is charged.
Cancelling
- Sign in at your account page and open Plan and billing.
- Choose Cancel, tick the box to confirm, and cancel.
What happens next
- You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
- Then you move to the Free plan: 2,000 words a week on 1 PC, every feature.
- Nothing more is charged.
- Your dictionary, snippets, styles and History all stay.
If you have more PCs signed in than Free allows, sign the extra ones out from the Devices tab.
Changed your mind?
Until the end of your paid period, Keep appears on your account page. Press it and your plan carries on renewing as before.
