The short answer
Each person has their own account and plan, signed in with their own Google account, so their dictionary, styles and History stay their own.
How it works for a team
- Everyone has their own account, signed in with their own Google account.
- Personal dictionaries and styles, because everyone's names, clients and habits differ.
- Private History, on each person's own PC, never shared.
- Everyone can start free and upgrade their own account when they are ready.
Rolling it out
- Check with IT that the Microsoft Store app is allowed. See My work PC blocks the Store.
- Share the download link.
- Point people to the Getting started guides.
- Suggest each person adds the team's common names and terms to their dictionary in the first week.
