The short answer

Your account is your Google account, so it uses that address. To move to another Google account, open a ticket from the new one and a person moves your plan, dictionary and snippets across.

Why it is tied to Google

You sign in with Google, so there is no separate Perfect Dictation password to remember, reset or leak. Your account's email is the one on your Google account.

Moving to another Google account

  1. Sign in to perfectdictation.com with the new Google account.
  2. Open a ticket from it, saying which address you are moving from.
  3. A person checks and moves your plan, dictionary, snippets and styles across, then replies.
  4. Sign your PCs in again with the new account.

If your Google address itself changed

If you changed the address on the same Google account, nothing needs doing: you sign in with the same Google account as before.
