How many PCs can I use?

It depends on your plan: Free covers 1 PC, Pro and Annual cover 3, and Annual 5 PCs covers 5.

Sign a PC out from your account page and another can take its place straight away, so a new laptop is never a problem.

How do I sign in on a new PC?

Install it and choose Sign in. The app shows a short code and opens the website; sign in with Google, check the code matches, and that PC gets its own key.

Your dictionary, snippets and styles arrive on the new PC within a minute.

Do my settings follow me?

Your dictionary, snippets and your own styles sync to every PC you sign in on, so a word you teach on one PC is right on the others.

History stays on each PC and is never uploaded.

I lost my laptop

Sign it out from the Devices tab on your account page. It stops working at once and its slot is free for another PC.

Nothing you dictated is on our servers, and History on the lost laptop is only readable by someone signed in to that Windows account.

Can I change my email?

Your account is your Google account, so it uses that address. To move to another Google account, open a ticket from the new one and a person moves your plan, dictionary and snippets across.

Can I delete my account?

Yes, from Settings and data on your account page. Every PC is signed out, and your account, synced settings and stats are removed. A paid plan ends with it.

History on your PCs is yours to keep or clear.
