Hold Right Ctrl in a Thunderbird reply and say it the way you would say it. It lands as a proper email: full sentences, paragraphs, nothing invented.

Want it different? Make your own style in plain words, like "keep it under three short sentences".

Select text you already typed, hold both keys and say how to change it: "make this friendlier", "shorter".
Not what you meant? Ctrl+Z takes it back like any typing, and History keeps a copy you can paste again.
